Refund policy


Please be advised that the following items are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange:

  1. FINAL SALE items
  2. Items that have been worn or damaged
  3. Requested or specially sourced timepieces

Warranty Policy

UNCLE MANNY is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. We stand behind all of our products with a 12-month limited warranty.

If an item purchased from us fails due to a manufacturer’s defect within the first 12 months, we will repair the item at no cost to you.

If your watch shows signs of abnormal timekeeping (running fast, running slow, or not keeping proper time), please contact us by phone or email. If UNCLE MANNY determines that the issue is covered under warranty, one of our trained watch professionals will provide instructions on how to safely ship the watch to us.

Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Any external or physical damage, including but not limited to damage to the case, crystal/glass, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or other components
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, outside force, or improper handling, including consequential or incidental damages
  • Loss of precious or semi-precious stones from their settings
  • Any outside modifications or third-party repair attempts (this will void the warranty)
  • Damage caused by use outside the manufacturer’s water-resistance guidelines
  • Water damage, unless proven by UNCLE MANNY to be the result of a manufacturer defect

Restocking Fee

In the event of an approved exception, all returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee will only be waived if the watch received differs from the specifications listed in the order confirmation email.

Return Policy

Please carefully review all model, reference number, and style details before completing your purchase. UNCLE MANNY is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers once an invoice has been paid.

All sales and security deposits are final and non-refundable, except where an approved exception has been granted.
